Ordering FAQ´s At Care For Skin
It is the responsibility of the www.care-for-skin.com customer to specify a shipping address where they can guarantee secure receipt of their shipment.wrinkle-decrease.com, DHL, UPS and other couriers are not responsible for loss or theft of shipments after confirmed delivery to the address specified by the customer.
If it is not possible for a shipment to be securely delivered to a residential address, the customer should instead specify the shipping address of their place of work, or other business office open during normal business hours.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an address where they or someone they trust will be present to sign for and receive the package. If having someone other than the intended recipient sign for a package results in the customer not receiving the package, www.care-for-skin.com and the courier cannot be held responsible.
If there are special instructions regarding an Express shipment delivery, i.e. 'leave package at Apartment Building office if not at home', the customer must specify these instructions in their order. If you have arranged with a courier to waive signatures at your address, www.care-for-skin.com and the courier cannot be held responsible for shipment loss, theft or damage after confirmed delivery.
If an incorrect address or other incorrect information is supplied by the customer for shipping and results in additional shipping fees, www.care-for-skin.com reserves the right to separately bill those fees to the customer.

As a general rule we do not offer refunds. However we will look at each case as it may arise. If the circumstances dictate a refund and the original items are returned in their original un-opened packaging then we may consider a refund as due.
